So, you are out at a restaurant/cafe waiting for your food.. And then it arrives, looking beautiful. You put your fork in and start scooping food when a tiny bit of hair catches your eye. It is sitting there at the corner of the plate.. You push it away and continue eating and then you find another longer strand in the dish..
What do you do? Go ahead just push this away and continue eating ?
Stop right there, alert the staff/owner and inform them of the same and request a replacement?
Or just play around , pay the bill and walk out never to go there again?
This applies to any foreign particle in food- stones, bugs, stapler pins, plastic paper/piece, etc...
The reason I thought of this is because if this was to happen at home, we would bring the roof down, yell at our mom/cook/others, not eat, throw a tantrum make them feel like they have committed an unthinkable sin!!

Thats most terrible experience to hear! I would have walked away and not paid the bill. Where was this?

Would bring it to their notice and if they waive away the bill would not insist on a payment. Definetely will not make a huge fuss over it as this is a possibility at home too

I would call the waiter and if I don get proper response - by which i mean apology and replacement then I would talk to the manager for sure. If the manager also doesnt regret it, then of course I would never go there again and make sure anybody who reads my review doesnt :)
