Last evening was asked to name the one restaurant where the Veg fare was awesome, and I could think of only place.. yes only ONE...
Why is that veg fare is so unappealing [taste wise, flavour wise] unlike the non-veg?
Is it that difficult to cook veg dishes?
Do chefs not know or are they scared to cook a veg dish?
Sometimes I see restaurants complicate a simple dish and it just falls flat...
