Poor Poor Service! Papa John's opened up in Chennai so metime last year and I was over excited to get to taste it after years! The outlet is a pretty small one, very well centrally located in Nungambakkam. Otherwise nothing to write home about. Very average pizza unlike the yummy ones I have had in Papa Johns abroad. I would go for Pizza Hut / Corner anytime or even Domino's instead! The one thing that I can actually write about in the entire experience is the lame service! I visited here the first time when I was pregnant and so requested the salad without pineapples and the mojito without soda. All the waiter had to tell me was it is not possible and made me choose something else! He totally agreed to my request so sweetly and never bothered with it. When confronted all he had was a blank look in reply!! Duh! I hate places with brain-less waiters with no clue on the menu. The Parmesan sticks is one of their attractions but I didnt quite like it, I prefer it softer. Loved the salad, ironically cos of the pineapples! lol! Mojito was nothing but soda with a piece of lemon in it. So I give the place another chance and ordered Pizza home delivered on New Year's Eve. This time we specifically wanted 2 extra toppings on pineapple on a rainbow pizza (which has sweet corn and red and green peppers) and reminded it once again in the end of the order. Well, you guessed it right not a hint of pineapple on it! Definitely not my first choice. Pretty disappointed!
