After reading amazing reviws abt this place i decided to visit this place for dinner with a group of friends. We reached there and was really impressed by the interior and our reserved table. And it all went wrong from there on, water was served after 20mins, drinks came to the table on time but the lime comes after another 15min. we ignored and slowly ordered our soup and starters, which were delayed a bit but was very average by taste, no sauces, vinegar was on our table and after repeatedly asking for vinegar sauce, our request was ignored. No one came to take the main course order for more than 30mins, i had to call the staff everytime i required something. We finally ordered our main course Rice, noodles, 2 curries (1veg, 1 Non veg) it took them 40 min to deliver the order and they bought the rice and gravies 1st and noodles took another 15min. Finally i started eating and Im shocked beyond words- the food is uncooked and filled with artificial flavours, terrible in taste. i cudn't even finish my meal. We finally decide to ask for the cheque and pay them with 2 cards and ask them to split the same, the most intelligent manager VENU swipes only one card and comes back saying sorry 'Horrid". This took the cake, Never trust website reviews. HER NAME IS MING- Mr. Manager VENU (points to note) - Serve your customer more than one glass of water during his meal of 3.5hrs - Provide them more forks & spoons. - Make sure you keep paper napkins/ Napkins on the table (we were not even provided napkins). - Do not make a mistake in billing and ask sorry, i dont get anything out of it.
