Paneer Cutlets Ingredients : 250 gms Paneer 1 med onion finely chopped 2 green chillies finely chopped 1 tablespoon mint elaves finely chopped 1 tablespoon coriander leaves finely chopped 1 grated Amul cheese cube 1 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper Bread crumbs to coat 1 teaspoon oil to sauté the masala Oil for shallow frying
Method
Method : In a pan put oil and sauté onions-green chillies –mint and coriander leaves till translucent let it cool In a bowl grate paneer cheese and add the masala Nicely mash it up mix well add peper and salt to taste and combine again Make small patties 4 “ in size and immediately coat with bread crumbs since the mix will be a little moist it will take on the crumbs easity if you want you can dip in an egg white and then add the crumbs but that’s really not req choice is yours Keep it in fridge so that it sets for about fifteen mintes Shallow fry till crisp Serve it hot with sauce of your choice Enjoy
