Ingredients
Whey water - 2 cup (see Paneer recipe to get whey water) Water - 1 cup Firm Tofu - 1.5 cups (1/4 inch cube) Salt to taste Green part of Spring onion - 1/2 cup White part of spring onion - 1 tablespoon Onion - 2 tablespoon (finely chopped) Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (Adjust to your spice level) Green chillies - 2 Oil - 1 teaspoon
Method
Method: Marinate Tofu with salt and turmeric powder. Heat 1/2 teaspoon of oil. spread the tofu and fry it till all sides are brown. Turn them regularly. Heat the pan and add oil. When it is hot add onion and fry till transparent. Add white part of spring onion and fry for 30 sec. Add whey water, water, Pepper powder and green chillies. Let it boil. Add tofu. Boil the soup. Add green part of spring onion boil for 10 sec. Switch it off
