Ingredients
Chicken leg/thigh pieces sunflower oil / cooking oil ginger garlic paste green chillies onions tomatoes garam masala dhaniya powder sakthi chicken masala / any brand red chilly powder salt
Method
Put the chicken leg/thigh pieces in water and let it boil for about 20 mins until the chicken is cooked. Pull out chicken and make it into small pieces incl. bones and place them separately. Should be easy as it is cooked. (in Tamil: pichchi podanum) Take a kadai, heat generous amount of oil. Add Ginger garlic paste and green chillies and saute Add onions and saute until golden brown. Then add Tomatoes and saute until dry. Now add the chicken pieces with bones. Add a little bit of garam masala, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder and Sakthi chicken masala. Quantities accordingly pls.. Salt to taste. Acc. to quantity.. Cook in high flame for 10 mins. Close it for 10 mins and medium flame..so it becomes watery and then cook without the lid until water dries.. If required, a few spoons of oil..
