Oye! This brunch does make you wanna speak Punjabi! I am so glad I decided to check out the Sunday Brunch at Tadka Talk that I found on CFG Deals. The entire experience was simply awesome, delicious food (and i mean truly what one would call lip-smacking delicious) and a very happy and warm environment. You cannot get out of this place without feeling joyous, wholesomely satisfied tummy and heart. The first bite I had from the buffet - the Paneer Pakora (deep-fried Paneer sticks) delighted me so much that it set the mood for the rest of the experience. Do not hesitate to fill up on the starter, the freshly made yummy-licious samosas, the mouth-watering Mirchi and Bread Pakora and the this-is-what-i-call-Punjabi Mango sauce and Imli (Tamarind) sauce!! I shall go back to the place once again ONLY for the starters and the sauce. Other than which there is Aloo Chaat, Papdi Chaat and Dahi Balla. There is a Gol Gappe Stall where you can eat as much as you want. To drink there is Mathi (buttermilk), Lassi, Shikanjvi (lemonade) along with regular Cranberry and Apple juice. I overdosed on the Shikanjvi that I couldnt eat my main course well, must-try! The main course had some 6 varieties of gravy - Chole, Dum Aloo (best of all), Mixed Veg Subji, Dal Makhani, Khadi (could have been better) and Paneer. You have a choice of plain rice or pulao, i preferred the plain rice to the pulao. You can order any bread to the table. The Bhature is amazing. I would recommend ordering that over the usual rotis. The desserts were Gulab Jamun and Phirni. Just when I was starting to get disappointed that the end was not as mindblowing as the start, the ice-cream, am guessing made inhouse, came as a perfect finish along with cut fruits. I chose the coffee icecream and it was really rich. But apart from anything else, what really mattered is the great service, even the few not-so-awesome dishes will be completely forgotten cos of the way the guests are treated. Well i really felt like a guest at some wedding, well minus all the glitter and noise! Everyone from the waiter to the chef, gave personal attention. There was also tatooing for kids and live music entertainment. PS: At the risk of sounding greedy, I did get disappointed not finding Aloo Paratha and Jilebi since its called a \'brunch\', well hope Chef Arora adds \'em to the menu next time.
